Processing applications - system outage

Inland Revenue's system will be down for a week in April (Easter weekend).
Inland Revenue's systems will be unavailable for a week in April (Easter weekend) while they’re being upgraded.
Inland Revenue's system will be down between Thursday 9 April and Thursday 16 April. This will affect some parts of our process for Student Loan applications (confirming IR numbers and processing contracts).
Students can still submit their online applications and send in any supporting documents we need during this time. Our processing centre will continue to operate as normal.
Once Inland Revenue's systems are available again, we will continue progressing these applications. There is nothing that students can do to progress these applications while the system is down.
