Getting ready for 2015

We’ve been working hard to deliver for students and education providers. Our call to action campaign has had another successful year. Thousands more students have applied for their 2015 student finance than at the same time last year.
A greater percentage of applications are already awaiting Verification of Study and our current work on hand is well below typical levels for this time of year.
You can help us by encouraging all students to provide additional documents to us, and finalise their enrolments with you, as soon as possible. They can now submit their documents online using Connect.
Students can do most things online but, if they do need to talk to us, our contact centre is currently available until 6pm weekdays.
Returning students who haven’t applied yet can use the new Returning Application in their MyStudyLink account. It pre-fills with the information that they provided the last time they applied; all they need to do is check and update their details, then tick the ‘confirmed’ box for each section.
