VoS Online updates for manual users

Every Monday, we’ll automatically remove any requests on your VoS Processing page that haven’t been answered within two weeks.
This change is being made to make it simpler for you to identify current students and easier to provide responses to us.
The two week expiry period for VoS requests, status reports and payment schedules will still be extended as normal over the Christmas/New Year’s summer break.
