MyStudyLink and Apply Online temporarily unavailable

MyStudyLink and Apply Online will be unavailable from midday on Thursday 3 March until 7am on Monday 7 March while we complete a technology upgrade.

Students will still receive their payments during this period.

We have placed a message on the StudyLink website alerting students to the outage and to encourage any who need to apply or use MyStudyLink this week to do so before Thursday. Otherwise the service will be available for them again on Monday morning.

Students with urgent needs will still be able to call our contact centre on 0800 88 99 00 during the outage. The 0800 number will also be open between 9am and 3pm on Saturday 5 March to assist students.

If you should receive any enquiries from students during the outage period can you please share this information with them.
