Accommodation Benefit rates 2025

From 1 January 2025, Accommodation Benefit rates for Waitomo, Westland, Waimate, and Southland will increase to $60 a week. This process is known as the Annual General Adjustment.
All cities and district council areas (Territorial Authorities) will be paid the maximum weekly Accommodation Benefit rate of $60.
